Yorkshire is among my favorite places I've lived when renting. I was relocated for work, so unfortunately had to leave my gem of an apartment! Close proximity to CVNP, nestled behind a golf course by Chapel Hill which absorbs much of the traffic sounds and allows for you to feel like you're tucked away in nature. I lived here for about 1.5 years during the pandemic. An elderly gentlemen in a wheelchair lives there with a black and white dog. This dog is lovely to humans, but is not compatible with other dogs. As I moved out, this elderly man watched us and his dog escaped. My dad stopped the dog from attacking another dog and returned it to its owner. Then, as I was leaving, this elderly man started screaming at me about how I was a bunch of horrible names I won’t repeat on google. I was nothing but polite to this man during my stay ... read more
Sandy and Ben are absolutely amazing leasing managers. I have lived here for almost 5 years and it really is a great place to live. The nature aspect as well as the people are great. I was recently laid off by my company and Sandy and Ben were very understanding and happy to work with me on payment schedule for now until I get back on my feet. They are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response.
