We lived here for 2 years and had zero complaints. Maintenance was always there the day that you put in the ticket or the very next morning and they actually fix the problem instead of cover it up. Grounds were always clean. Rent payment is easy. Yes the rent goes up every year but it’s minimal compared to most places. Move out process was pretty standard. The office staff were always nice (especially Sandy). We would have lived here longer if we didn’t buy a house.
I've been here for ~1.5 years and during that time I haven't been given a single reason to complain. I've reached out to maintenance on two different occasions and both times the issues were fixed within hours. During the winter they are quick to preemptively salt and plow once the snow comes. The office staff has been friendly and quick to respond to questions.

Had to end my lease early to go take care of my dying mother. I provided medical documents from the doctor saying I needed to go home and take care of her. Even after providing the documents I was let out of the lease but not given my deposit. How does that make sense? They allowed me out but wouldn't give me my deposit saying I was breaking the lease.
