I lived here for a little under 5 years and appreciated it! Just the right blend of neighbors around and quiet. I love the woods and the creek that run along the property. Close to the highway. Staff are pleasant, approachable and responsive.
**This leasing office has no problem terminating your lease, without cause, even if you pay rent early every month. The reason they may give is they "just want the unit back" so they can overcharge one of you reading this review** To get the 1 star out of the way - it's for the pool. It’s clean and usually quiet and they open it early in the season and close it late in the season. The other reason for the 1 star is 1 person - Ben Boyd. Yorkshire Woods is one of the best apartments I've stayed in. It's very well-maintained and there are deer in the backwoods behind us. Maintenance and staff respond immediately to questions or issues, and they are always friendly. Some reviews say they are not kid friendly, but there are actually many kids here. They just aren't bad or excessively loud, which I greatly appreciate. The walls are thick enough that we don't really hear our neighbors. It's a peaceful and friendly place to live.
I've lived here for two years and I loved my time here. Ben, Bob, Sandy and all the staff have been so attentive, caring and simply wonderful. Every time I needed help with anything they took care of me in a timely manner. They have heart and they care. I also loved the trees and wildlife!
was going to check this place out because the person said it was a nice place. Reading reviews and hearing about 2 fires really sounds very concerning.. It's is a nice area. Not sure if I want to consider it.
