Sandy and Ben are absolutely amazing leasing managers. I have lived here for almost 5 years and it really is a great place to live. The nature aspect as well as the people are great. I was recently laid off by my company and Sandy and Ben were very understanding and happy to work with me on payment schedule for now until I get back on my feet. They are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Yorkshire wood is one of the best places I've ever rented. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with yorkshire wood Property management . The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. We lived here for 2 years and had zero complaints. Maintenance was always there the day that you put in the ticket or the very next morning and they actually fix the problem instead of cover it up. Grounds were always clean. Rent payment is easy. Yes the rent goes up every year but it’s minimal compared to most places. Move out process was pretty standard. The office staff were always nice (especially Sandy). We would have lived here longer if we didn’t buy a house.
I've been here for ~1.5 years and during that time I haven't been given a single reason to complain. I've reached out to maintenance on two different occasions and both times the issues were fixed within hours. During the winter they are quick to preemptively salt and plow once the snow comes. The office staff has been friendly and quick to respond to questions.
