Bibi is very helpful. And always there for the tenant. Give her a raise.

Yorkshire Village Senior Complex Maintenance Staff always respond to maintenance requests in a very timely manner and try their best to resolve whatever maintenance situation they encounter. And they are friendly and always maintain a professional attitude.
I have had very little, or no Heat since I've been here. There is No control on the thermostat. The control is done only by maintaining. This is making me sick Yesterday, & on other ocassions my thermostat has read 62, 64 and/or 67. Maint came, but it got no warmer.
