Make sure that everything they "guarantee" you is in writing. The women in the office will tell you different amounts for different things. They had me sign a lease stating that the pet fee was $15/mth extra... then told me on the phone that it was a misprint and was actually $25/mth extra. That wasn't what I had signed.
