DO NOT APPLY HERE They will screw you out of your "refundable" deposit for the apartment. I didn't even official submit my application and they told me they refused to send me my deposit back. I was very understanding about the application fee but I did want my refundable holding fee back. We never even had the application processed and they still kept my money. Terrible service!!

Horrible I cannot begin to explain how horrible these apartments are. Theres no parking where you live, people from other buildings are constantly parking where you live. There are broken down cars all over sucking up spaces. Good luck finding good neighbors. My neighbor beats on my wall with her cupboards daily. Her kid runs through her apartment like he's on a track and my whole apartment shakes. You can't say anything to the front office because theres nothing they will do unless it's not quiet hours. Don't move here unless you have no other choice! The appartment complex has far to many cons to list where do I start ! The 1st being the price of appartments for what you pay 150.00 to 200.00 more per month compared to similar appartment spaces in area,the place doesn't care about its residents well into the 100s live here it rains an powers out no generator ,3 days before rent was due an was fold to pay early or I would receive 100.00 late fee,the parking is horrendous hard to find spaces,if you live on the 1st floor car l... read more

Yorkshire, The Place You Always Thought You Wanted I grew up in Howell, and I remember having friends moving in and out of these apartments. I remember the smell of the hallways and which doors I had to take to get to my friends. Now that I've moved in, I've begun to see the minimalist work-style of this complex. The maintenance team repaired holes in the walls using mud but failed to sand prior to painting, resulting in visible screw/nail/pushpin holes everywhere. Feel Invaded They did inspections today,there note said they were checking smoke dector and for leaks under sink...why they went through my daughters room I have no idea,there are no running water or smoke dectors in her room..my privacy feels VERY invaded!!!!!

The Best 1st Place I've lived in Howell my entire life, and throughout the years I've known a lot of people that have lived in Yorkshire Apartments right across the street from the middle school and freshman campus, and only a short walk from the high school. Their apartments are very cozy, very well put together, and the neighbors are more than friendly. This is my first apartment, and my GF and myself are loving every second of it. We couldn't have asked for a better 1st place together ^_^

Yorkshire Place Apartments These are quiet, affordable apartments on the edge of an adorable small Michigan town. It's very peaceful here and the neighbors keep mostly to themselves. There hasn't been any noise issues and the walls seem very thick. And you can pay your rent online, which is very convenient.
