The landlord doesn't care about getting anything fixed. Takes months-years to get anything repaired, even if they caused the damage. The landlord charges additional fees that aren't listed in your lease so he can pocket a few extra dollars. He will insult you and threaten you with eviction if you disagree with him. The only good thing about this place is the cheap rent. I'd stay away from this property at all costs. The cheap rent is not worth what you have to put up with.
Horrible experience. Lived here for a year. The apartment was in a neglected state when I moved in... Then when I moved out they kept my $300 deposit to fix up the apartment..
