It is a very encouraging environment that motivates and pushes you to go the distance!
Amazing! Can't even put into words! One class will get you hooked! You won't find classes like this anywhere! They're more like personal training but more affordable! DY is awesome and takes such pride in what he does. You can tell because all of his instructors can kick your trash and make you love it!

DY is the best!!!!!! Very motivating and serious about what he does!!!! If you want a killer workout call DY!!
Great gym - brightly colored and energizing - sparkling clean always. Ownership is honest. Billing is always fair and reasonable. DY is a tremendous trainer for youngsters and older folks like me. He will keep your core fit literally. Classes are great fun and keep you pushing your hardest.
