Ronnie is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. I was even able to look at what needs to be worked on either now or in the future. He is very fair with costs and I will not go anywhere else. It is hard to find someone that knows what they are doing, is affordable especially for a BMW and most importantly someone you can trust! Honest and trustworthy,, All of our transactions were made over phone calls hundreds of miles away and made us feel completely comfortable. We were stranded in Conroe when our BMW 328i’s starter went out. Ronnie went above and beyond expectations! He started working on it Monday afternoon and stayed til 7:15PM to finish so we could return home to Tyler. Did a great job. Would certainly use his services again. Highly recommend! It is so hard to find good honest people these days and Ronnie is one of those people. He knows his BMWs and I will always take mine to him. He is class act and did a phenomenal job with my car which needed a lot of work.

Ronnie knows what he's doing, the work is always done correctly and he doesn't charge an arm and a leg! The first time I called Ronnie I had an ignition coil misfire and my car was running horribly. My husband was out of town and this was the only car I had to drive my daughter to school. Ronnie ordered the part and changed it out on the spot!
