Horribly kept apartment building complex. It’s June 6 and they’ve not yet mowed the grass which is a health hazard for residents because of rats and ticks. Leasing company is useless and couldn’t (wouldn’t) give me the number of the management company. Don’t live here if you have any other option.
They don’t keep the grounds as they should. The garbage is even worse. And they charge utilities fees that include garbage pick up. The grass is literally waist height and it’s disheartening how they don’t care. The only complex within miles in the area that looks so unappealing. Just trifling.looks worse In person. The cleaning crew doesn’t clean the hallways properly the carpets and the halls are dirty and stained. Don’t move here
Don’t listen to the fake 5 star reviews. The new management is horrible. The garbage is piled up, no one is cutting the lawns and they won’t fix anything.The garbage has caused a rodent issue. Do not rent here!!!!!
