Disrespectful rude and can’t speak English properly. Always a nightmare to try to get your medication sent out on time. I already suggested that my love one switch to another pharmacy asap. I will be making a complaint with corporate considering the last two encounters I had with this pharmacy. Hispanic woman answering the phone needs a lesson in manners, customer service and proper English.
I have to constantly call to get my meds and they constantly tell you that they will deliver it and then they constantly put you on hold for no reason. Also be aware that they transfer your meds to another pharmacy without nobodies consent and then lie about that they don't have a certain medication and they had it on hold the whole time. I recommend don't go with this pharmacy if you don't want to hassle with your medicine. Because they send it elsewhere and there not suppose to do that.
