How Lucky Can I Be!!!!! From The moment I walk into the office I feel welcomed and appreciated. Actually, it starts before that time. Rachel makes sure I get all my notifications. She reminds me that I need to pre-medicate and even checks to see what I have left for medication. Rachel even goes one step more and will call me an hour before hand to be sure I have taken my medication. Since I am a very busy caregiver, I appreciate the help.
