Trouble! They took deposit $1,000.00 to get us trailer for scissor lift with winch. Trailer came without winch and too steep for our scissor lift to go up. They refused to give back deposit.
We have bought and had installed multiple hitches for different vehicles, a new trailer and had some electrical work done on a dog trailer Not only is the workmanship excellent but the customer service is awesome I recommend York above all others

They were easy to make an appointment with, service to install was very quick and thorough, the price was very reasonable, the product is good quality, and the staff is exceptional in answering all of my questions and showing me how to use my new equipment properly. Anytime I call, they go above and beyond! I highly recommend.
