First visit was actually pretty good. Doctor was very nice. I've never had contacts and wanted to try them again (it's been years since my first attempt). I got my prescription, and the doctor ordered 2 pairs of soft contacts. When I went back to pick them up, I asked for some help since I have never done contacts. The receptionist claimed I would have to pay for another visit to have them show me how to put them in and take them out. The doctor said different at my first visit, that I'd be shown this. I really enjoy coming to this office. The staff are friendly and we have never waited longer than a few minutes.
Missed my eye appointment..... no sympathy what so ever. Close at noon on Fridays and couldn't squeeze me in. I get it... whoever the girl was that answered the phone was very short with me...that I don't get. But i'm sure my appointment with another optometrist will go great!
