Polite agent. But grossly misinformed about the Toronto Condos market near the financial district. I am a realtor myself, and was very surprised when YSAC chose comparables far away in different neighborhoods, in sub par buildings. I was able to produce more realistic comps but they ignored my professional data. Think twice if you're going to use them for Toronto condos. They don't understand that market.
