Let me explain: the house you mentioned that hasn't sold yet is number 38 Sweet Cicely St., which is smaller. Number 42, which sold for $1,199,990, so before you respond, make sure that's your job, as a rule, not that you're making your employee write another 5-star review to boost your rating.

my experience with this company was unacceptable. They significantly undervalued my home, comparing it to a property across the street that has less square footage and a smaller driveway due to a sidewalk. Not an apples-to-apples comparison by any means. To make matters worse, the house right beside mine, with the same square footage and minimal to no upgrades, recently sold for more than what I was appraised for. Do not go with this company , their appraisal skills are very poor , they do not know anything about the market and value of homes , what a waste of 500$.
