Went in for a consult (facial veins) and it was great. The RN answered all my questions and the doctor came in later and also did the same. They were patient with me as I had many questions. Some things they told me themselves without me asking like the slight pain. They were short staffed when I went. My facial veins did diminish in appearance. The procedure was a little painful when done because of the laser zaps. Like a strong rubber band flicked on your face. I did have some hyperpigmentation after as well.
I had a great experience at the clinic. Bonnie and Nikki were incredible. The clinic is very clean and inviting and the aesthetic is beautiful! I was taken care of, everyone is very professional and on time. They provided all the information I needed for my service and went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. Booking appointments was very easy and they followed up beforehand via email and text. Amazing experience!
I’ve been going to this clinic for years, and I can’t say enough about the incredible staff who have been there for years! The Dr is very nice and Bonnie and Nicky are amazing!! This is my go to place for all my facials, peels, sun spot removal etc.
Make sure if you book an appointment at this clinic, that you call, and recall to ensure that the appointment is in the system. Secretary is completely incompetent. Do not make the mistake of having any confidence in her abilities. Was told for both appointments I would receive both email and text confirmation, both in which I did not receive. They will fit you in after the fact, however be prepared to have to wait 30 minutes before seeing a nurse. Secretary also seems to lack any sort of remorse for patients time wasted. Ze... read more
