Great experience at York Laser. The staff were amazing. I was a little unsure with the procedure I was getting. They made it a pain free and an enjoyable experience. From booking the apt, and throughout my visit, outstanding service. I wish I went years ago to take care of what I needed. Definitely recommend and will go back.
Dr K, Jamie and Bonnie are all first rate..........the clinic is lovely, with tons of parking, and in a beautiful restored home......i have recommended friends who have also been very happy with the service received........ been going for years!
My initial consultation with Dr. Kritzinger was everything I had hoped for. I was nervous about the procedure, but he quickly put me at ease. He asked me about my concerns and based his recommendations on them, which I truly appreciated. His suggestions were exactly what I needed and unlike other places which recommended much more initially; I declined, and waited to get it done. I'm so glad I did, and found York Laser. I did the miradry here, it was nice with everything.
Went in for a consult (facial veins) and it was great. The RN answered all my questions and the doctor came in later and also did the same. They were patient with me as I had many questions. Some things they told me themselves without me asking like the slight pain. They were short staffed when I went. My facial veins did diminish in appearance. The procedure was a little painful when done because of the laser zaps. Like a strong rubber band flicked on your face. I did have some hyperpigmentation after as well.
