Avoid this company at all costs. This is by far the most disappointing service I’ve ever dealt with. The staff shows zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero responsibility. It genuinely feels like they don’t care whether they fix the problem or waste your time. If you value your money, your equipment, and your sanity, choose literally any other company. This place will only bring you headaches.
Mark is a great Tech Support Agent. He has helped me tremendously on learning these units, and the controls.
Extremely very helpful in times of necessity when things don’t work out. I’ve always been able to contact someone especially in the Tech support department. And usually gotten my problems solved. For instanced , we just installed a 12.5 ton rooftop unit and couldn’t get the VFD to work.
