Mark is a great Tech Support Agent. He has helped me tremendously on learning these units, and the controls.
Extremely very helpful in times of necessity when things don’t work out. I’ve always been able to contact someone especially in the Tech support department. And usually gotten my problems solved. For instanced , we just installed a 12.5 ton rooftop unit and couldn’t get the VFD to work. Avoid this place at all times. they unloading one box at the time, it’s been two hours and only quarter of my trailer is unloaded.
