DONT RENT HERE. Ever since Apartment Gallery took over management about 1.5 years ago, I’ve hated living here and look forward to moving out. Management is all about corporate operations and making money. We have had a good amount of maintenance requests that get done very poorly or not at all. Two big examples- we are on the third floor and there are water stains on the ceiling after heavy rains. Management’s fix? To spray paint over the stains ….. Another apartment management company in York, PA that gets away with scamming multiple applicants in application fees for (1) apartment or selectively choose who they want to rent to. I applied as a co-signer for an apartment for my f/t college son who also happens to work f/t. Submitted the application on 9/1/2025 with a move in date request of 9/12/2025.
