Pleased with results. Professionally done no mess
Maintenance workers do very good work and communicate with tenants also very good.
Nice tour but lease contract is aggressively one sided with no leniency. Recommend requesting sample lease prior to application, can save you 400$
Daughter has lived there for 9 years, recently purchased by another co., immediately raised the rent 150$, she left. Apts are rundown, especially the kitchen and the grounds. Pool is only open sporadically in summer, maintenance is haphazard on the building.
