I've purchased flowers from York for a family member who lives nearby for the past couple of years. The bouquets have been beautiful and delivery has been on schedule. Prices are fair to me. The only thing I would suggest to the business is to have more options for tipping; I ended up tipping more than I normally would for the amount spent because I didn't want to not tip at all. It's a strategy, but some folks might end up not tipping if they can't choose the amount.
Folks to whom I send flowers from York are always delighted. Staff go that extra mile to make sure my order is to my satisfaction!
I paid for 3 dozen and received a dozen. I am going to reach out on Monday and report back.
