I am a relatively new patient and have found the staff to be very professional and friendly. The one thing that I noticed with my previous dental office was that I was always getting a "pitch" to buy this or that. There is no pressure with the York Family Dental practice to purchase anything. A great doctor and hygienist is all I want and need.
Always an outstanding experience! The dental care is professional and thorough. The customer service, attention to detail, and patient comfort and care is outstanding. I could not image a better dental experience. I love this practice!

She is organized, efficient, and very knowledgeable; on top of just being a very nice person to interact with. I am so impressed with this place. Love Rachel and her fabulous positive nature. Everyone else is incredibly helpful. They make sure I am able to take advantage of everything my dental plan has to offer without the headache of making me have to call up my dental insurance. Love this place!!! Excellent treatment.
Broke a tooth , have not been to dentist in years. They saw me within 40 minutes of my call to them . Fixed the issue , gave clear direction on fixing and exactly what the cost was . Great customer service!
