I broke my eyeglass frame late Friday leading into the long Columbus Day weekend. Being 70, and having to use glasses for driving, I was concerned and called York Family Eyecare. Karin offered to try a repair and wait for my arrival even though it was approaching closing time. She went out of her way to offer me a temporary fix until a permanent repair can be done Tuesday. I was very pleased with the handling of me as a new patient, from documents received from previous dentist and me filing out forms ahead of time. THorough examination of my teeth in combination of viewing my chart . Good cleaning. = You were treated as a new customer ,who they wanted to keep. = Due to all the face coverings of doctor and technichon , their voices were not as strong as they could be for someone at my age 85.
Dr. Marhue and his team are of the highest order. Kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Finally, I can look forward to going to the dentist! And then there's the music...a playlist ostensibly compiled by God herself. In a single dental prophylaxis I heard The Smiths, The Beatles, and Vampire Weekend. Ob-la-di, Ob-la-don't wake me, I must be dreaming! Keep it up, team!
This is my second visit, which impressed me even more than my first, which I thought then was the best. By far and away, the most comprehensively thorough exam and cleaning I've had anywhere, at any time, and I've been a dental patient for 60 plus years!! And the staff is equally superb... I'm so taken with the practice, that even though I'm moving 70 miles away, I told them that I would not be changing dentists for all the tea in China!
Love our dentist and staff… very friendly, very clean, very compassionate, very efficient. A positive experience all the way around!! Thank you for taking good care of us! 😊
As always, my experience with York Family Dental is great and Hannah explains everything in her cleaning procedures. Dr. Marhue is equally thorough. They are a very professional dental practice.
My family have been long time patients of this practice. Dr.Marhue runs a top notch practice. Very clean and very safe practices. They are very gentle with their work snd they communicate every step of the way. I feel like I am in expert hands. I can not recommend this practice enough!
