Trying to schedule an appointment. Was placed on hold, after waiting 20 mins for my turn, I was placed on hold again for her to pull up the schedule, after another 5 mins of waiting on hold, I asked to place her on a brief hold, and they hung up on me. That initial appointment was rushed and the nurse practitioner didn’t give a damn about my concerns. She’s no longer there. This time it’s taken me 3 weeks to be seen. Grant it we are in a pandemic, I get that. I’ve had to rely on my family dr to help me get through pain and pressure in my ears. Nothing has helped. Oh and the one girl who answers the phone... read more
