I sought dental care because my previous dentist did not recommend any treatment for problems that I knew existed. Southdale Dental Associates coordinated the records sent from my previous dentist and replaced three crowns that had gum problems. The new teeth were a vast improvement, and the Dental Associates have recommended a schedule for followup visits that will help maintain the dental health I now have.
Laura is such a great hygienist. My son had a lot of plaque due to not brushing well with braces. Laura is always so careful, informative, and thorough in her exams/cleanings. So much so that I request her for each person in our family. We have five people in our family! Thanks Laura! Also want to say how much we've enjoyed Dr. Raymond. I am an existing patient and needed an emergency tooth repair. They got me right in, the process was friendly, painless and the result was excellent even though my regular dentist was not available. It was a good reminder why I drive a little farther to now that I've moved!
We are three generations of patients with Dr. Raymond. We hope Dr. Raymond's career change to pro-golfer will be rewarding. Always appreciate my hygienist for helpful tips and excellent care. Facility is top notch.
Appreciate the attention to detail and knowledge of care provided
As always, everything went very well. The office is very accommodating, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and engaging. My teeth get the best care possible, and I am treated like a true patient, not just a number in a system.
The staff were very accommodating re-booking my appointment at short notice (two days). And, I much appreciate the electronic notices and reminders.
