My dental hygienist was running late and so I was left waiting for 20 minutes or so in the lobby. I wasn't really phased as this had never happened to me before at Southdale Dental Associates and it appeared to be a busy day for them. However, the receptionist came over, personally apologized for my wait, and gave me a gift card for caribou coffee telling me that my time was important to them. This is THE BEST dental office EVER! I have never been treated so well ever in my life. Everyone is sooo friendly and makes you feel like they truly care. I see Dr. Silva and he does great work!
I’ve been going to York Dental for many, many years. If I could guess at least 10 yrs. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jelinek’s for most of that time and he’s is fabulous! He’s caring about his patients and the quality of work he provides. He’s witty and makes me feel comfortable with his sense of humor, (I think that’s what you’d call that... �). He and Jessica, his dental assistant,make every visit one to look forward to. In general everyone there is like a family and welcome you in as one also!
Very impressive. Staffs are very kind and helpful. I got a clear explanation from Dr. Sundet on the next steps to get my teeth healthier. Looking forward to the next visit Note - the clinic set up and environment are excellent.

This visit went well but was pretty routine with a dental cleaning and examination. My hygiënist is always friendly and pays attention to details and this positive review helps when the result of my exam was positive.
I had a great first visit!
