I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. I don't enjoy the picking and scraping. I white knuckle my way thru it. However, Dr. Healy and his staff are so friendly and soothing that it made a not so fun necessity of healthcare as pleasant as it could be. They made me comfortable. It is a large, busy, and thriving practice. The office is clean and has state of the art equipment. Then dental work I receive at Southdale Dental is excellent. The paperwork is bothersome. I have been going to SDA for 2 years. My recent visit was the first after I moved a few miles; I was dismayed that I needed to fill out a complete registration form, as if SDA knew nothing about me. There was no warning, and I did not have some of the information. And I do not like filling out forms.
Very nice and comfortable office. Courteous people. I am a patient of Dr. Mjolsnes. Moved along with him. He is one of the best. Caring, humorous, knowledgeable, informative, gives me clear options as to treatment.
Have to say I was a bit apprehensive to come today as I didn't want to have my mouth hurt after my cleaning. I believe Laurie was my hygienist and she was incredible! She did not irritate an area that has been giving me problems in the last year and I did not leave with my gums throbbing. Thank you!!!! Also love Dr Raymond.
