Everyone at the office is fantastic.
My visit went well as always. The only thing I find disconcerting is that I keep getting a new hygenist most of the time -- prefer having same person each time.
I had a very thorough and informative appt. with the dental hygenenist.
I have been a client for 25+ years. I have always found Dr. Telander and the staff to be extremely professional and competent. I saw Laurie yesterday for root planing and a deep cleaning. I have sensitive teeth and she took great care to prepare me for the procedure so that it was pain free. I've been using this office for many years now. Mostly regular cleaning, but also diagnosis of a damaged root and a replacement of a cap. I asked for a very gentle hygienist as I've had bad experiences in the past. She's terrific and so is my dentist. Long-term experiences with both. The cap replacement has handled quickly and efficiently on an emergency basis.
From the warm greeting and cup of coffee to the professionalism of all staff, it's a great experience coming to Southdale Dental.
Even though I had to wait longer for an appointment with Laura it was well worth the wait. I have been coming to this group for 40* years. Back when Dr.Rene joined the group. I went to him before that when he was in Bloomington. My whole family went to him. Chuck, Tim and Andy. It has always been a good experience and everyone has always been so welcoming. I have found this to be one of the best places to go for teeth cleaning. Everyone is so friendly and gives great advice.
Laurie and Dr. Mehta were the best. I haven't had a cleaning for a year and Laurie got me back on track.
