Very nice apartments, love them!!
They enter your apartment illegally here. If you have loud neighbors, they won't do anything about it. This is the worst place I've ever lived. Moving out soon.
Nice leasing staff. You'll need to call maintenance 3 or more times just to get something fixed. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I can even hear my neighbors talking and flushing toilets...
Certain buildings do not allow dogs of any size. Make sure you know which building is which before getting a dog our visiting with one so you don't get in trouble. Seriously, you will get kicked out.
Love it here. Keep to ourselves except for the few we know. Can't wait to move to our bigger apartment.
Good people, good apartment, good rent. Very happy with everything.
Not as run down as most Kentwood apartments. For the price these are decent. Only wish the walls were insolated better.
Have pets? Make sure to clean your apartment more often so their smell and dander doesn't get into other apartments.
Watch out for ice when walking on the sidewalks they dont salt them
