Called on 9/7/24 at 2:55PM. Very rude receptionist when I asked questions about immunisation records. I was very polite only asked a simple question. She gave me an incomplete answer and hung up on me. Unacceptable
The front desk guy (Chance) is rude for no apparent reason! I simply walked in the door and asked if a simple question about service offerings at this site. He is sitting back on his phone and rolling his eyes. I asked a follow up question and again he is rolling his eyes and saying he doesn’t know. I understand not knowing but know how to be professional and courteous. Being a health care provider myself in North and SC and seeing how rude some people can be to patients disappoints me.
