Most expensive maintenance fees over 1000$ as a owner and it has the worst service i literally need to go outside 80% of the time to get proper service without the phone cutting out the ac is horrible barely works the pool is barely open they always have it closed because they’re to lazy to actually do maintenance. The renters and the people who own their units we have discussions every week, on the scamming. The manager bill stalks a lot of people here and targets people and nobody is doing anything about it. He’s even worse than previous manager, constant bills adding and no changes or improvements are being made, it’s been over2 years that they’re doing the extra charges and so many units are infested with ants or bugs. Bought for cheap. Big units. High fees...more than my mortgage payment! Could be cleaned more often and update lobby and halls. The carpets are old and gross!! But its a good starter home
Condo is working hard to restore its former glory. It needs a lot of work that previous Boards neglected. New property management company is working hard to fix everything.
