Many of us in the building are frustrated with how Amy( building super, director and she says she is the management ) operates. She is a bully in how she operated the building, handles the parking permits, showing discriminatory behavior, and meddling in residents' personal lives is far from acceptable. Its a tedious task to even book the elevator for moving. A superintendent's job is to support a safe, respectful environment—not create tension. She needs to respect those boundaries.

The superintendent Amy for 100 Dundalk dr, Scarborough,ON is extremely rude, unprofessional, and difficult to communicate with due to her poor English skills. She’s disrespectful, lacks basic manners, and often behaves in a hostile way—especially toward Indian tenants. There’s a clear pattern of racism, which is not just my experience but also mentioned in other reviews. DO NOT BUY/RENT HERE - the worst building I have ever lived in. Also not a safe place I was literally SA'd in the staircase a few years back and they didn't have proper security in place or working cameras. Not a safe place for women or children. Poor building maintenance, cockroaches, bed bugs, rats. You can just feel the negative energy inside the building. The worst part would be the superintendent Amy. Worst building and worst management. Complaining about the cockroaches and rats since long but no action has been taken.Amy says no budget to pest control. .
