Worst place to live ever. This place is a nightmare. Bedbugs , roaches!!!! This building is highly infested . Do not rent here , they (specifically one unit owner) might offer low rent to students but do not fall for this trap. He will give you false hopes , promise you things which do not exist and rent you his bedbug infested unit!!!! Management has to take action.

One of the most overpriced condos with no amenities accessible. I regret my decision of purchasing a penthouse in this building and had to sell it within a year only because the maintenance fee was so high that I found it not worth living there. Paying almost $1200 and there’s no access to pool cz it’s under repair for almost more than 2 years.
