We had a wonderful experience at York Animal Hospital.Our dog had eaten something that got stuck in his belly. This type of thing is not covered by our regular vet so we had to hunt for a place to take our ill pup and I'm so happy that York Animal Hospital was where we were referred too us by our traveling vet friend. We live in Batavia but at the recommendation of a friend we starting taking our kitty Boop to York Animal Hospital. It's a bit of a drive but no matter. They are awesome and they are wonderful with Boop. She's not a "people kitty" but she's so good for them. That alone tells me York is a wonderful place and definitely worth the drive!
All the staff are awesome, compassionate, organized!! Especially with the current health crisis.
York Animal Hospital in York, NY has been our vet for over 30 years. We have had only HONEST and exceptional service. They have treated our dogs who have been fresh puppies to end of life treatments. Our cats go there too. NOT ONCE have I had second thoughts about their treatments, methods or intentions. I heartily recommend them. If we ever move and are still within 50 miles of them, they will remain our vet of choice.
I can not possibly say how wonderful this place is. Everyone goes above and beyond. We are hitting a rough patch with our almost 13 year old dog and it’s hard sorting out what exactly is going on with her. They have been as concerned as us and have spent an endless amount of (patient) time with us both in the office and on the phone. We truly love and appreciate each and everyone of them! Such a great place!
The staff is amazing! I drive from Rochester to see Dr. Dan, trust him and we love the way he cares for our Lucy💜
