Dr. Bill and his staff are beyond excellent. I bring all of my large menargie there and I tend to be on the anxious side when it comes to my animals' health but Dr. Bill does his work and gets a clear picture of what's going on and always treats the issues and offers me the needed sensitivity to deal with my anxiety. Took two new rescue cats for their first visit and was very impressed with the care, time and detail of the exam. My old pal, Copperfield, got very ill while I was away and was brought to the hospital. He received excellent care. He really saved my little guy’s life. I’m very pleased with this new practice. It’s a great addition to the town and a terrific help for our pets.
I had the extreme pleasure of working with Dr. Walak several years ago, as one of his technicians. I was very impressed with his compassion, knowledge, and ability to connect with the animals and people he works with. If I lived closer, I would be bringing my zoo to him!
