This was my family mechanic for years. OJ was the best and most honest mechanic I ever met. I took many of my cars there and got good service by OJ. This all stopped when Sam took over as manager. Sam is very dishonest and money hungry. I just bought a BMW and a check engine light came on. I took it to Sam and he told me I need 4 02 sensors that would cost over $1000 dollars. I ended up taking the car to West German BMW and they said it was another sensor and charged me 50 dollars to fix it.... I would never go to this place... read more
This has been my family’s go to mechanic shop for many many years. Since the 90’s!!! Mr. Yoo was very close with my family. Since Sam started working there this shop has been garbage. A few years ago, I took my 2005 Mazda 6 there and was charged hours and hours of diagnosis fees, and parts along with hours of labor. Ended up spending over $2000 there (on a car I only paid $2500 for) and the problem was exactly the same. Then was told by Sam that he will “illegally pass my cars safety and emissions” for $60 cash.
