Do not be fooled by the reviews, that is how they got me. The first cleaning was good and the rest all they did was clean around clutter. I most recently reached out to them on Monday for a cleaning because I was desperate as we were coming back from out of town , I did not hear from them until Wednesday we agreed for a Saturday cleaning. They did not show up at ALL I called and texted at least 4 times to no availability. Communication is horrible. I would not recommend. The first time I used them, I was very happy with everything, but after that everything was downhill. They would dust around things, or they just wouldn’t dust at all. Often it barely looks like my shower was touched. One time they showed up an hour after the time window. And the time after that, they didn’t show up at all and no one called me to tell me that supposedly something happened with the cleaners car and they had no service to call me. I just wanted to say how amazing the maids are! They do a fantastic job cleaning my home, and I can always count on them. My house looks so much better after they're done, and I'm really grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend them!
