I toured many properties before relocating to Atl and was immediately sold on the Yoo. The staff--concierge, leasing, maintenance, and management have been a pleasure to work with since moving in. The overall property, amenities, and resident socials surpass other communities in the area.

Agreed about the noise. Particularly the nonstop music, yes even at night, is unbearable. Otherwise, a good addition to midtown rentals.
Nice looking building but the exhaust fans are blowing so loud it keeps the neighborhood up all night. Turn that don't before we're forced to have the city issue a noise ordinance citation. ... i'm updating this since i keep getting direct msgs, here is my latest assessment: i'm on the 9th floor in my den right now, doors and widows closed and i can hear the fans roaring. its nothing that would keep me up at night and i wasn't even thinking about it until i saw this, but now i'm very aware of the noise. if you think about th... read more
