We have been living at the YOO for over a year, and we love it!! We love so much that we are making this our home for another year. Starting with the amazing and super friendly staff that is always there to help and assist us whenever we need. They also host great events which is a excellent way to get to know your neighbors. They have dog treats at the front desk for your pets! This is awesome! We love seeing pet friendly apartments where animals can happily reside within walking distance of a huge park and have a dog wash inside the building!!!!
I am not one to write reviews but, I just have to comment on the YOO on the Park and the new leader who has raised the bar higher !! Samantha Vaughan has a great eye for detail and also has a straight talking style that exhibits she cares about what your are saying, and more importantly she does what she says she will do!!. Akbar at the front desk is new and like Sam follows through and cares about the residents. This is a terrific place to call home!!!
We moved one street over they are very professional the customer service every time we entered to tour was amazing . Sam and Alexis are fabulous. They work through any problem with a professionalism and dedication. The entire staff are examples of what is expected. You can pay for marble floors but it’s hard to find the top of the line customer service you find here come take a tour trust me I have lived on the high end but I never felt at home until we found Yoo
This is an amazing place to live my experience has been nothing but the best at Yoo On The Park. From the concierge to the leasing office I have been treated with the up most respect I am humbled and very much pleased to live at such a great place.
