I AM A CURRENT PATIENT HERE AT THE BRANDYWINE LOCATION, AND I WANT TO THANK KRISTIN S. SHE WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO GET A PA DONE FOR AN MRI THAT I NEEDED FOR an out-of-state location. THANKS FOR BEING SO GREAT. LOVE IT HERE.
The quality of care is good but access is only fair. Calling for an acute condition I must wait over two weeks for any doctor and over four months for my PCP. Even then they are selective about what they will treat, e.g., no psychiatric conditions, SSRI Rx, etc
I have been going to MedStar at Leisure World Physical Therapy for many years, and I would like to stress that the therapists are truly excellent. However, I feel I can only give them three stars because within the last few months they have eliminated any type of direct telephone contact; the only option for the patient is to leave a number for a callback. Dr. Neal is one of the best doctors I have ever been to, and I have been a patient of hers for over twenty years. She has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent care, patience and knowledge to me when it comes to treating my medical health. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. I would also like to add, her staff is top tiered, efficient and highly professional as well. I highly recommend Dr. Neal to anyone looking for a very professional, knowledgeable GYN. Jocelyn Alston
Filthy dirty inner city ghetto hospital. Spent 30 hours in a flirty over crowded ED hallway. Worst experience of my life and it was frightening being there. Filth and bugs. Staff is absolutely horrible and management is much worst. DO NOT GO HERE. I left AMA and never regretted it. Don't think I would have lived through another night in this snake pit.
As others have said before me, Dr. Qureshi is an excellent physician. She communicates information well, actually listening to your concerns, and reviews lab results in a way that makes you feel like a partner in the process. Most recently, after my insurance carrier suspended a specialty medication, Dr. Qureshi successfully appealed the denial, and my medication is now available and covered again. Great doctor. Doesn't get back to you on any questions or procedural appointments. Call and leave messages that go ignored. Don't understand this kind of practice. Not a great doctor if they ghost you like this. Go see someone else that might actually be there for you.
Dr. Wagner stands out in the best sense, a most personable professional who knows opthomology and loves his work.
MedStar Health is The best at Adams Morgan from the nurses to the doctors. They treat ever one great that comes in there they care a great deal about people. they do all they came for others if I ever need them that's the place to be. I really like to thank them, and now I really want to Thank Medical Assistant DemeTrices , Radiology Technologist Cathy and Medical Provider Amevia Mvrdock PA-C are the best and they are so sweet.
