I don't want to leave negative reviews because I understand the impact they can have on a business, but after repeatedly trying to resolve this directly with Yonge & St. Clair Dental Smile Centre — including contacting the clinic by email and receiving no acknowledgement — I feel I need to share my experience. I'm a fan, they have always been professional. Happy to be their patient.
It sounded as if they outsourced their phone line to India. It has been a terrible experience getting a hold of them for any questions. I was kept in the dark and despite following up consistently no body responded to me. The rep was super unhelpful and it sounded like I was calling tech support with replies like "no mam, yes mam". This is the first time I encountered a dental office with such slow response. Why can't the receptionist just pick up the phone properly?

This dental clinic is now under new management. The staff are nice and friendly. The dentist who attended to me, Dr. Parastoo was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she took the time to explain to me what work needs to be done with my teeth. She did a great job. It is quality work! Thank you.
