I have been going to yonge forest dental for over a year now and they have given the best experience in a dental office I have ever been to. Their staff is very kind and friendly, they have the latest equipment and their client journey from entering to exiting is attentaive and caring. It was truly a 5 star experience! Every interaction was so positive and knowledgeable. Miko, the receptionist, and Sonte, my hygienist (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong) the best. So down to earth & helpful. I was amazed at how Dr.Chau explained the X-rays and pictures that were taken in a comprehensible way. I have never had an opportunity to thoroughly understand my teeth and teeth health and I am immensely thankful for the knowledge and awareness Dr.Chau shared. I recently moved to Barrie and had to find a new dentist. After visiting Yonge Forest Dental in Barrie, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. When I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the friendly front desk staff. The dental hygienist, performed a thorough cleaning, took my X-rays and always checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I had a dental emergency on a Saturday and they fit me in last minute. They were incredible all the way from the staff at the front to the staff and dentist at the back. I walked in being in excruciating pain and walked out in a much better state. The ambience of the office is peaceful and the staff are so friendly and compassionate. The office is big and incredibly clean. They took very good care of me and I would highly recommend this dental office
