I needed to get in on short notice and with my regular care giver out this week I met with Yong Pan. Very professional and thorough while she was reviewing my situation and provided me with a plan going forward. She was pretty direct in her approach, which I appreciated. Although she is not my normal NP I was very confident in her assessment & her plan to remedy my situation.
