quality service & products...great experience all around!! – My husband and i used Yonans (in Downers Grove) to purchase our new hardwood floors for our townhouse. great family owned business – Purchased our granite counter tops from Yonan. They did a beautiful job on them. Had no idea what to expect the process to look like. Good communication, we even got to pick out our own slab of granite, turned out amazing! Will be back to them for more!
Great Service & Price for Carpet in Chicago – I had a great shopping experience with Yonan Carpet in Downers Grove. The sales people were very knowledgeable, not pushy. The selection was fantastic and the price was even lower than I expected. My finished basement and living room look great. I will buy from Yonan again and have recommended them to friends.
Poor Customer Service – I had a customer service issue with Yonan Carpet. The problem starts with the company's president who doesn't know how to treat its customers. Previous management (his brother) was fine. Current management doesn't not know much about customer service.
