My appointment was very positive. I was waited on promptly and questioned by an assistant before Dr. Heller saw me. He reviewed the details of my the problems with my right knee. Dr Heller examined my knee again and concluded that I needed more time to heal. He was right and I’m much improved and walking with out any pain.
I was repeatedly pleasantly surprised during my visit. With at least 25 people in the large waiting area I was prepared for a long wait. I was maybe 3 pages into my book when I was called back and my vitals were taken. I was in the room for no more than 2 minutes before someone came in to take notes on my concerns, immediately walked to X-ray and 3 minutes later, Dr Heller walked in. Staff is friendly and polite. I like the time and manner in which the physician explained my situation. He appearsed to be concerned and patient
Dr Heller was very attentive to the purpose of my visit and explained in great detail his findings and his recommendations for treatment
