Yomari made the entire process of buying a new home, moving and selling our home doable and pleasant. She was excellent at piecing up the jobs into bite sized chunks and always being right there with us. We felt like we were here only clients. And we certainly were not. When everything was finished, we missed her. We had fun along the way to finding our dream home in our ideal neighborhood. Yomari made a huge feat both possible and rewarding.

This review is very overdue. Yomari is fantastic, so so kind and a true chingona that gets it done! If you are looking for an agent to get you that house, Yomari is the agent you need. She is very honest and looks out for her clients. My partner and I found her as first time buyers. We looked at homes two weekends in a row. From the crack of dawn to nearly nightfall. We ended up getting our offer accepted on the home we wanted. Twelve offers and three cash but she made it happen! The market was insane and cut throat in 2021.... read more

Yomari was the perfect realtor for us as first time buyers in a nutty market! All in all, we spent about six months working together, looking at over 20 homes, putting in multiple offers, until finally closing and getting our keys. I can't recommend Yomari enough - she is incredibly knowledgeable, a skilled listener, and a pleasure to hang out with. Thanks to her, our family quickly found an amazing house and she helped us efficiently work through the offer, negotiation and closing processes. AND she was able to fluently talk through things with both the Spanish-speaking and English-speaking members of our family!!! What a gem! We feel incredibly lucky to have found her :)
