Not happy with how they handle their customers and booking policy. Because I didn’t get back to their 3 calls during my work hours for an appointment I made and confirmed last week, they stated they would cancel it tomorrow if they don’t hear by 6pm. As I don’t get off until 4:30, I open my phone to the appointment being cancelled via text because they called me 3 times today during my work hours I couldn’t “confirm” in their timely manor. Really unprofessional and rude customer service. Will not be booking here
