Unfortunately, I will have to recommend staying away from this complex and this area. I lived here for 2 years. The first year was amazing! But year 2, everything became a struggle. The property was sold to a new owner, and I believe the new owners don't care about this one. Not only was getting a hold of property management challenging, but I had 3 of my cars get vandalized in the complex parking lot, and my bike was stolen from the bike lock area. I lived here for the last year and I have to say, it was the best experience to date. Imelda and Martin were kind, responsive & always helpful. 10/10 recommend this complex!
Hi! I’ve lived here for 2 years and only had positive experience! It’s a great location with great views, pool, hot tub and my fav bbq grill area!! Floor plans are perfect if you wanna live with a roommate! Washer and dryer in every unit which is awesome!!! It’s always super clean and landlord is sweet and helpful if anything Is broken or something is wrong. If I didn’t have to move to a different location I’d stay here for longer :)
My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost a year now and could not recommend it enough! Our place is very spacious and we especially love our large balcony. Our washer, dryer and appliances are all new and very nice. The property is always very quiet and incredibly clean and it's in a great location to walk to local shops and restaurants! Martin has also been a great help whenever we need anything! Would highly recommend living here :)
I’ve been living at YOLO East Apartments in Thousand Oaks for three years, and it’s been awesome. The apartments have a modern vibe, with high ceilings and tons of natural light, which makes everything feel super cozy and spacious. The in-unit washer and dryer? Total game-changer—so convenient.
