As a long-time (over 5 years) employee, I give YCCC the highest recommendation for YCCC as a place of employment! I have the opportunity each day to be client-centered, meeting folks where they are at and helping them navigate through their crises. The Executive Leadership and Board of Directors are not only client-centered, but employee centered as well. YCCC holds a special place in my heart because they honor their business practices and relationships, value everyone in the community, and they invest generously in their team's ability to serve well! I am proud to live in a community that has YCCC.
This place really help me when I was homeless as well as my mom I spent 95% of 2019 in the hospital and I was at the Haven house and every time I got out I still had my bed there I appreciate them with all my heart I'm grateful for them if it wasn't for them they help me get my social security to get my housing my section 8 and just my life back on track
