Rating this solely for the owner/manager actions/ unprofessional manner. Directed her worker to not finish my hair and for me to get out. I showed her a picture of a hair color I wanted, and agreed upon price. She ended up getting upset because I wanted the price to be reduced based on a job she could not follow through. She raised her voice and rolled her eyes at me.
