My mother had the misfortune of being a patient of Dr. Yolin Bueno simply because he was the only choice for a doctor that she was provided with as a patient in the skilled nursing unit at Presbyterisn Village in Athens, Ga. During that time, Dr Bueno not only failed to display any compassion for my mother, but conveyed an attitude of disinterest, inattentiveness and a lack of concern in providing for her medical care and well being.
