When we arrived, the owners didn’t even realize I had an appointment, which was frustrating from the start. We then waited over 25 minutes before anyone even began my daughter’s pedicure. I had an appt scheduled for 7/15 at 530pm, I walk in and Yoli, the owner is attending 3 other customers. She mentions to the customer she is working on, that she completely FORGOT about my scheduled appt. She tells me to wait. I over hear many conversations back and forth about my appt and how to squeeze me in. I noticed she was very overwhelmed and stressed out so I kindly offered to reschedule my appt bc I understand and I’m a very patient person. I reschedule it for the following day but 5pm. Absolutely obsessed with my nails! Flor did an amazing job on my nails as a first time client! She is extremely detailed and gentle when doing your nails. Looking forward to my next set ❤️
