I made an appointment and came 15 min early. I spoke with who I assumed was Yolonda on Instagram and had the appointment set. When I arrived they had no idea I even had an appointment and asked me to come back at 2 but I had plans which is why I was scheduled for the time I was. Total waste of time and poor communication.
I can’t recommend Yoli enough! I’ve been going to her since I used to get acrylics and detailed designs, which she always did beautifully, and now I stick to simple, clean manicures. No matter what, I’ve always loved her work. Any other place I’ve been to, they can’t ever get my nails fully clean and if I go to a place that specializes in Russian manis with or without gel, the cost is upwards of $50-$75+ locally. Not Yoli! I loved my experience here. Yoli is always patient, friendly, and very precise with design. The salon is always clean and organized. My nails came out beautiful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!
