I had a very frustrating experience at this dental office. I came in with a referral from another doctor and already had recent X-rays. Before my appointment, I specifically asked the front desk to confirm my insurance coverage. I waited about 20 minutes while they contacted my insurance, and they clearly told me that I was covered. I even emphasized that I do not proceed with visits without confirmed coverage, and they reassured me. Dr. Yokota performed my one and only root canal on tooth #3 on March 15th, 2005. After twenty years, this root canal has held steady with no complications, infections or trouble whatsoever! I vividly remember the day of my procedure, how it went and recently came across my paperwork from this visit. The Dr. and his office were very professional. Hopefully this review gives a boost of confidence for new patients that you're in good hands.

We've just returned from the dental clinic, where my wife underwent root canal treatment. The whole experience was quite odd. We made an appointment a week in advance, referred by our family doctor, who also sent over my wife's medical history and X-rays beforehand. Initially, we were given a certain cost estimate over the phone. Best service I have had at a dentist office I am usually scared to go to the dentist and I was in and out in a hour for my root canal! Did not feel a thing.
