Great sushi location – This place was fabulous. Everything from the greeter to the servers, sushi chef, food, prices were excellent. Dishes were different and very tasty. The sushi chef appeared to be well trained both in his preparation and presentation. Definately a go back to place.
Best Sushi in Tampa – My family and I have been dining at Yoko's for several years. The sushi is always spot on and the service is impecable. Yoko always stops by our table to make sure our dining experience is top notch. I recommend the Volcano, Caterpillar & the Hawaiian roll and if you have room the Spicey Crawfish, too! We live in Lutz and drive the 10+ miles just to eat sushi at Yoko's and it is well worth the drive.
High quality fish, very good sushi – In town for a wedding, we decided to try this place on a whim, and were rather delighted at what we found. The decor and location aren't all that, but they don't distract, either. However, I was surprised at how good the sushi was -- especially the nigiri! The hamachi (yellowtail) and maguro (tuna) we had were very tender and tasty -- melt-in-your-mouth good. The rolls were also tasty, fresh, and well-put-together. THE BEST SUSHI EVER!!! – I've been coming to Yoko's for several years now and I've never had a complaint. The sushi is awesome and the service is friendly. Be sure to try some edamame, the dragon roll and the sake. I am seriously addicted!!!
Expertly prepared and perfectly delicious sushi. – The Scene Light, mint green walls, minimalist, elegant decor, a long, angled sushi bar, solid wooden tables and chairs spaced out enough to have a private conversation. Patrons jam the sushi bar, and waitresses in traditional kimonos deliver beautiful plates heaping with sushi. Yoko may get crowded, but it never feels like it.
